This Privacy Policy explains what information AchhaDeals collects when you use this website, how we use it, and your choices. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. You do not need an account to use AchhaDeals.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google sets cookies for this. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Outbound clicks: when you click a deal, we record that the deal was clicked and when, so we know which offers are useful. Stores and affiliate networks may set their own cookies to track the resulting purchase; their privacy policies apply.
• Server logs: our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.

Information stored only on your device

Saved offers, your compare list and recent searches are kept in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it any time from the Saved page or by clearing your browser’s site data.

2. How we use information

• to run, secure and improve the website;
• to understand which deals and stores are most useful;
• to reply to messages you send us;
• to comply with the law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting and analytics), and when required by law.

4. Cookies

Cookies are used by Google Analytics and by stores or affiliate networks after you click a deal. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

5. Retention

We keep analytics and log data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or raise a grievance about how it is handled, by emailing contact@achhadeals.com. You may also contact our Grievance Officer.

7. Children

AchhaDeals is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
