Using it for 2 months now. Excellent product with decent build quality. Sufficient pressure to create nice any creamy foam in just a few seconds. It took me a 7-10 practice sessions starting from zero to learn how to build perfect barista/CCD style foam in a minute. Other users complaining not able to generate foam or steam leakage means they’re not doing it right or maybe they received faulty machine. There are a lot of good youtube videos to teach steaming(lot of crap videos too).I’ve made expresso, americano, cappuchino, latte, macchiato, filter coffee with it.Only thing i do not like about this machine is that the filter basket not of standard size and is very large at 4 cups size and does not even come with a tamper. Its very hard to find a correct size tamper and is very costly. Since its a personal home maker its size should be for one or 2 cups max and should definitely come with a tamper even if it comes at additional cost or in place of un-necessary glass carafe and the rubber cover on the steam wand.For the cost and its category i don’t think it has any negative points though.Update after one year:-I’d still say its very good good if you’re a beginner in coffee making. And if you know what you’re doing you can make a very good milk based coffee which is even better than what you can drink at CCD or costa and most other coffee joints as they are very careless about making coffee even though they have the equipment and resources.Useful TIP: If you see steam coming out of the filter when brewing then either use a coarser grind size for coffee and tamper/press the coffee lightly as this machine is not designed to handle too high pressures. Also Try using dark roasted coffee as it will work better with coarser grinds.That being said its obviously not for those obsessed with getting a perfect expresso and crema in under 35 seconds with proper extraction. Its too cheap for that. But believe me even the 30k delonghi won’t get you there you’ll need something like breville for that. So I love this machine in that respect.

I used another model in similar size earlier from 2018.Still working, but been having small issues because we have low pressure and a little scaling which is causing the water flow slower from what i observed. So just wanted to get it exchanged for a new one instead of depending on the repair guys who only change spares or ask to get a pressure pump without really looking into the issue. They do repair, but don’t expect quick turnaround – i only had to change the sensor twice, because my water pressure is not very high and we also leave it on the balcony open to weather.The new one is exactly same size with just a few additions on the features like the steam, and placement of items – the buttons are now on the screen panel instead of real buttons, the door doesn’t have a moving handle/lock(a good thing, since my old one didn’t lock well during the last year), display of information looks better about the low pressure on water tap etc. Now there’s a soak option on the wash cycle panel(nice). Also, this is much quieter than the previous model(which itself was lower in noise than the Korean brands) – i’m walking have to physically check for status(still less than a week so can’t comment after longer usage).Changes which i noticed(not bad per se, but just kind of curious) – the top cover is not a fixed panel fit, instead they added a plastic strip to the edges which is visibly light weight compared to the rest of the build. Also they stopped giving the external filter per the guy who delivered, and there’s only a small filter to prevent external objects on the connecting hose on the side connecting to tap(i found the water flow better with this setup – but have to check the longer run after a few days).Overall – a very satisfied customer after the second buy, and would recommend – just check the price tag and catch at the low during deals. This is a great buy even at prices it is regularly available, and at a price lower than that – a superbly engineered product at a great value for money.

Quality is good, 3rd day onwards cooling is perfect condition and product is worth for money

I haven’t had the washing machine for long but so far it is working well.The Bosch customer service people were excellent for installation and demo. When Amazon cancelled my installation appointment at the last minute, I called the company and asked them to send their man at any time post the appointment. I had taken half a day’s leave from work for the installation. They were sympathetic and responsive. They sent their man in 2 hours after my call. 

Although it is a bit expensive than other similar products but qualitywise it’s excellent. It has number of advantages compared to a traditional pressure cooker. 1. Just set the timer to the Instant Pot and you are done. No need of counting the number of whistles!!! 2. After cooking is done, you can set timer to keep the food warm for hours. 3. Cooked food tastes far better. 4. The gravy you want is maintained according to the water you add. 5. Very easy to use. 6. There are different options given on the Instant Pot to cook different types of food, even you can prepare yogurt.
